1. Testing is by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance through .

2. If a date and time is not available on the site, it is your responsibility to make other arrangements with your instructor. 

3. By scheduling you are agreeing to abide by our rules and regulations. A copy will be sent to you via email once you have successfully scheduled.

4. You will need to provide a valid form of identification on test day. Please review the ID requirements tab located on the left of this page. 

Exams with Accommodations

• You are required to receive an accommodation for our center and renew it each semester. Please contact the Center for Student Support and Advocacy, Occhiatto Center, Room 104, at 719.549.2648 or dro@csupueblo.edu. You may also visit their webpage for more information.
• You will need to provide us with your letter you received from DRO through our scheduling site each semester for your accommodation to apply.
• You are responsible for contacting the instructor prior to an appointment so that the exam is delivered to the Testing Center.  The Testing Center does not notify instructors of students' exam appointments.

Independent Study exams (Self paced courses)

• The Test Center already has testing information for these exams, so not further action is needed once you have scheduled.
• Please note that some online courses are not self paced courses and could still fall under 海角禁区 Pueblo Exam rules. If you are not sure what your course is, please reach out to Extended Studies prior to scheduling.

For Faculty 

• Our office upholds exam and test security to the highest standards. Proctors do thorough checks on students entering and leaving the center. We monitor their exams via camera and do walk arounds during all test sessions. 
• Students are not allowed to take in any unauthorized items such as cellphones and smartwatches during testing. 
• We require a 3 day deadline minimum for exams in our office due to the volume of exams we give and space of our center.
• It is the students responsibility to coordinate with you on dates and times they have schedule to ensure exam materials are available in the office on test day. 
• It is the responsibility of the instructor to pick up exams when they are completed
