WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE RISE PROGRAM?

  • New undergraduate students enrolling for Fall 2025
  • Residents of one of the following states: Arizona, California, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, or Wyoming.
  • Residents of one of the following countries: China, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia, or South Korea.

*Includes full academic year (Fall and Spring semesters) round up to the nearest dollar. Tuition cost based on full-time enrollment in 15 credit hours.
Tuition and fees for Colorado Residents includes COF being applied at $116/credit hour. Room and Board assumes double
occupancy and $2,500 per semester. Housing rates and Living-Learning award only apply to students living on campus.

    When does it start?

    The RISE tuition program will begin for new students in the Fall 2025 semester.

    How to apply?

    There is no separate application for the RISE program. Eligible students will automatically receive the reduced tuition rate upon admission to 海角禁区 Pueblo. You can apply for admission to 海角禁区 Pueblo through the university's website.
